Training in Miami

I have just spent ten days training in Miami at the South Florida Boxing Gym.

This is a real down to earth training gym set up for Boxing, Thai Boxing and MMA Mixed Martial Arts. I wanted to learn new ideas and training tips. I had no idea how great it was going to be.

I trained with pro Cuban boxer Juan Arroyo, Pro UFC Fighter The Pit Bull Thiago Alves, as featured on the cover of this months Fighters Magazine. I also trained with the Owner of the famous Miami Ink shop that is regular featured on TV.

I met some great coaches and condition trainers who put me through our paces. I trained with some great sparring partners and now friends. Everyone there was happy to train me and with me. See pictures.
