Hello and welcome to my web page encouraging you to come and join my ladies fitness programme. As you may have read on my home page I have been training and fighting for over ten years. I now spend all my time teaching and training others. I started off just training my friends and family and guys who wanted to learn to box. I have now progressed to training all types of people, from those wanting to lose weight to those wanting to get fighting fit. I have found that my training methods are very much suited to you ladies who want to start your fitness programme but struggle to get motivated or when you are motivated your workouts are not having any success or the results you where hoping for.
So come and start your new training regime in a private gym. You can bring a friend to share the session or just come along and have a 1 to 1 session.
Everyone is different so by training this way you will have your own goals and needs totally looked after and catered for. This can be weight loss, fitness training, muscle toning, boxing work out, weight training or just starting your body training for the 1st time ever.
If at the end of your 1st session YOU ARE NOT TOTALLY HAPPY I will NOT charge you.
Oh and girls you will NOT GET HIT at any point during training, its Fun not fighting.
