Boxing Fitness

Boxing fitness is suitable for everyone; it’s a non-contact, fun, hard workout and brings great results. We cover an upper body work out, an abdominals work out and leg exercises. Come try it 1st session only £10

Also incorporated into this is the basics of boxing and hitting pads. This element is lots of fun and an amazing work out for all levels of fitness, male and female; from young gym loving lads to house wives who just want to get into great shape. You can train as hard as you want to, but will be pushed to make a difference to your fitness. At the end you know your body has had a great work out.You will enjoy the session so much it will be over before you know it.

You initial fitness level isn’t important, the boxing fitness work out will cater to you, and If you have any problems that stop you working out just let me know and we can tailor your work out to work around you. A half an hour session to start is a great way to kick start your training.

“In the time I have been training with Ross I have noticed a big change in my fitness. Our sessions are only half an hour but we cover a wide range of activity, from endurance to weight training, each session is different and always ends in a few intense rounds with the gloves. Each week he teaches me some different moves while still covering what he has taught me in our previous sessions.

Every week he pushes my abilities that little bit further, but always stays within my capabilities. I’ve tried this sort of training before but never really enjoyed it or stuck with it, usually because there is a military type trainer shouting at you, Ross is the complete opposite.
